Welcome to SwiftStar Network (“SwiftStar,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services available through https://s.swiftstarnet.com
 (“Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions

Client / Customer – A user requesting a service from a professional.

Service Provider / Pro – A registered professional offering services on the platform.

Platform – The SwiftStar Network website located at https://s.swiftstarnet.com.

Booking – A request for services made by a Client.

SwiftStar – The operator and owner of the platform.


2. About SwiftStar Net

SwiftStar Network is an online marketplace that connects Clients with independent Service Providers.
SwiftStar does not employ Service Providers directly.
Service Providers operate as independent contractors responsible for their own work quality, compliance, and legal obligations.


3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate and truthful information

Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements

SwiftStar may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. User Accounts

Users must create an account to book services or offer services.

You agree to:

Keep your login details secure

Not share your account with others

Update your information when necessary

SwiftStar is not responsible for account misuse caused by lost or shared credentials.


5. Services on the Platform

Services listed on SwiftStar Network are offered by third-party independent professionals.
SwiftStar:

Does not guarantee any specific service outcome

Does not control pricing set by Pros

Does not accept liability for Service Provider actions

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

Service delivery

Legal compliance

Tools, materials, and transportation

Quality of work

Professional behavior


6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers.

6.1 Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout.

Payment may be required upfront or upon completion depending on the service.

SwiftStar may charge service fees or platform fees.

6.2 Payouts to Pros

Service Providers receive payment after the service is marked complete.

SwiftStar may withhold payouts if fraud, disputes, or violations occur.


7. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel bookings according to the Refund Policy (created separately if you want).
Refunds are issued only when:

The Pro does not show up

The service was not started

A proven quality failure is reported

SwiftStar may deny refunds if:

The Client misused the service

The issue is outside the Pro’s control

Work has already been completed


8. User Responsibilities
8.1 Clients Must:

Provide accurate service details

Ensure safe access to premises (if applicable)

Pay for completed services

Communicate respectfully

8.2 Service Providers Must:

Deliver services professionally

Comply with all laws and safety regulations

Maintain valid licenses (if required)

Show up on time or communicate delays

Provide accurate service pricing


9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

Post false or misleading information

Commit fraud or abuse the platform

Harass or threaten others

Upload illegal or harmful content

Attempt to hack, access, or disrupt the system

Engage in off-platform payments to bypass fees

SwiftStar may suspend or ban accounts for any violations.


10. Ratings & Reviews

Clients may leave reviews based on actual experiences.
SwiftStar may remove reviews that are:

Fake

Abusive

Irrelevant

Violating policies

Reviews reflect personal opinions and not SwiftStar’s.


11. Limitation of Liability

SwiftStar is not responsible for:

Damages caused by Service Providers

Loss of property

Injury or accidents

Errors in service delivery

Delays or cancellations caused by third parties

Website downtime or errors



12. No Employment Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates:

An employment relationship

A partnership

A joint venture

An agency relationship

Service Providers are independent businesses.


13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, designs, system code) belongs to SwiftStar Network.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.


14. Privacy

15. Disputes & Resolutions

We encourage Clients and Pros to resolve issues directly.
If unsuccessful, SwiftStar may assist but does not guarantee resolutions.

All legal disputes will be handled under South African law in a competent court in Cape Town, Western Cape.


16. Account Termination

SwiftStar may suspend or delete accounts that:

Violate these Terms

Engage in fraudulent activity

Submit false documents

Abuse users or the platform

Users may request account deletion at any time.


17. Changes to These Terms

SwiftStar may update these Terms occasionally.
When updated, the “Last Updated” date will change.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
